You Are Special c:

For anyone that has not read this book I feel very sorry for you. This book has such a strong message involved that every time I read it it makes me want to just sit there and cry. For those of you who have not read this book, let me explain it to you.
This book is about a town were Wemmicks lived, they were wooden people created by a man named Eli who lived on top of the hill. The Wemmicks spent their days sticking gold stars or gray dots on each other. If you were beautiful or had a talent you would receive a gold star. But if you had no talents and wasn't all that great looking you would receive a gray dot. One Wemmick especially received gray dots. His name was Punchinello, all he got was gray dots and he was tired of it. One day he met a girl named Lucia who had no dots or stars at all, she explained that it was because she met with Eli to talk everyday and she had learned not to care about what the other Wemmicks thought because she knew Eli loved her. So Punchinello went and visited Eli and Eli said that it didn't matter what the others thought about him. He said, "All that matters is what I think. And I think you are pretty special." Then Punchinello asked, "Me, special? Why? I can't walk fast I can't jump. My paint is peeling. Why do I matter to you?" And that is when Eli replied with the best answer anyone could possibly give, "Because you're mine. That's why you matter to me."
This book has so much meaning in it and you can relate it to the love of God. He made us and that's why we are special. We are special to him because we are his. Eventually in the story Punchinello stopped caring what the other Wemmicks thought of him and from then on the dots didn't stick and neither did the stars and Punchinello was just happy to be himself.
The Wemmicks are a good example of what society is like today. Although it is not a physical thing we do we are always sticking stars and dots on people. They shouldn't be judged on what they can and can't do, that isn't fair because everyone is unique and special in their own way. And people need to be told everyday that they are special. If I could, I would tell everyone in this world every single day that they are special.
I keep this book by my bed because I like to read it whenever I can. Also when I see the title it reminds me that I am special and that God/Eli does love me c; And I am special because I am his.

And you are special too! Have a great day :)

Scary Movie Logic.

So you would think that if you were always deathly afraid of being alone or in the dark after watching scary movies that you would stop watching them due to lack of sleep. Most normal people would. But noooo I never learn my lesson when it comes to scary movies. I watch them thinking I will be just fine then for the next two weeks I can't be in the dark, or by myself or in the shower with out music as a distraction... and I can't close my eyes when I am alone. That makes it easier for me to get killed.
I have seen my fair share of scary movies...(Really scary movies, dumb scary movies...etc.) Some of the movies I have seen are: The Grudge 1, 2 & 3; The Collector, Halloween (Which still scare me even if they are old); Paranormal Activity, Don't Look Up (Stupidest movie ever); The Hills Have Eyes; House of Wax; The Crazies; The Lovely Bones (Which wasn't that bad); Chain Letter; Legion... and on the list goes on. I just can't keep myself from watching them. I pee myself every night with any sound I hear. I can't move and I have to be tucked into my blankets at all times.
The reason I post about this today is because I am going to see Mama at five on this very day. I watched the trailer and I was like, "Hmm. Maybe I shouldn't." Then I was like, "Ha! I am totz going to watch that today." And I am having a war between the side of me that hates scary movies and the side of me that loves scary movies. But no matter what I decide I am going to see it anyways. I have a picture to cuddle with.
Yesterday my friend Jasmen asked me if I wanted to see Mama today with her, Kortnee, Josh, and Kenna. I said okay and was excited then Kenna said she can't go because she is going to Salt Lake City. DDD: So I have decided to bring a picture of her and tape it to the seat. The picture is perfect because her face looks confused and scared.
<---- Le picture. It is so perfect. I should bring a pillow too and tape the face on the pillow and hug it when I get scared. But anyways. Since Kenna can't be there with me I have her lovely picture to get all cuddley with!
Everything is just working out perfectly.
But yeah. So wish me luck tonight as I embark on this journey of seeing a scary movie. I doubt I will be able to sleep tonight. :)

Have a good day!!!!

Why I Hate Being a Girl.

So this hate of being a girl is not constant. It's only when I am on my period or having cramps or being bagged on by a guy for being a girl that "can't do anything." (Yeah that still happens in this day and age.) I may even hate being a girl when I don't know how to do my hair or I can't find something to wear.
I think one of my biggest break downs was in ninth grade. I woke up that morning feeling just fine, then people started talking to me, and I didn't know what to wear, and my ride was coming soon and I just had a major freak out and I was crying and complaining and my mom decided to let me stay home because I didn't want anyone to see my cry just because they talked to me. So I was fine the whole day until my dad came home during lunch and started talking to me and he said that I needed to stop being that way and that is when I freaked out.
I hate it when guys act like they understand what girls go through when they really don't. When in history were guys ever discriminated except for if they were black? Never. Guys have always been looked up to with respect. Honestly, I think girls do way more then a guy could ever do.
Girls can feed a baby a bottle while cleaning at the same time... and a guy? They can barley feed a baby a bottle while watching TV. I sound like a crazy mom who has finally had it with her husband but I am not married, I am only 16 and far from being married. But I know this stuff from experience. And I know that guys are disrespectful of girls at least once a day, or maybe this is just the perspective of a teenage girl who spends most of her time in a High School full of desperate boys... and a couple of desperate girls.
But don't worry, there are still plenty of reasons why I love being a girl. One of them is because in a relationship girls are the one to be protected by their partner. Physically protected, every girl needs someone to hug them and tell them everything will be fine. Even if you are a fifteen year old hoe, they have their break downs too.

Something that I just have to say is that sometimes schools come up with the stupidest things ever. For example, Gender Wars. My school did that last year when I was a sophomore and that resulted in Gender Wars being banned from the school. Since this is the most interesting story in the world I just have to tell you it.
So it all started with a text. A text that was being forwarded around to all the girls in the school that read, "Bring sparkles to Gender Wars tomorrow. After the school dance everyone run onto the gym floor and throw up the sparkles." But since I got the text at 10:00 that night I wasn't going to bother bringing sparkles.
But it didn't matter if I did anyways because the next day at Gender Wars some of the girls from the student council were handing out little jars of sparkles. I must add that this text, the girls little surprise was not something the teachers knew about.
So during Gender Wars we had some competition between the girls and the boys and we had to play a few games against each other and all of the points were being added up to see who was the ultimate gender. Well during this the boys were chanting, "Make me a sandwich." And that really got the girls mad. They even bought spatulas and started throwing them at us! (Boys were on one side of the gym and the girls were on the other.) The teachers didn't even do anything, not even when they started chanting, "Go back to the kitchen."
So then finally the dances came. A few boys had gotten a dance together and a few girls had gotten a dance together. The boys performed first and we were very nice to them when they did perform, we clapped and everything. Then the girls went up to perform and then all of a sudden every single boy had a newspaper. Every single boy on the "boys bleachers" were hiding behind a newspaper chanting something like, "This is going to be boring." I don't remember what exactly they chanted but that is about what they were saying. So the girls did their dance anyways and some boys poked holes through their newspapers so they could watch and some pretended like they didn't want to and others completely put the newspaper down to watch.
When the girls dance was over every single girl on the bleachers all ran down and danced in the middle of the gym and we all threw up the sparkles. (Which the boys later on said looked very cool.) I had sparkles in my hair for weeks after that. And sparkles were all over the school. You some how managed to get sparkles on you no matter what you were doing. Well the teachers got mad at our stunt but they didn't care about the guys newspaper stunt (Which the teachers also did not know about.)
But then a girl from the student council swept up all the sparkles and when we got back to class the teachers told everyone how disappointed they were... I even think they had an assembly about it the next day. But Gender Wars was officially banned. I forgot to mention that at the end of this many of the girls got tampons from their bags, took them out of the plastic thing and threw them at boys because of their wonderful spatula stunt. Lets just say the girls were not going to put up with their crap.
And I must add that after Gender Wars was lunch time and I was with my really good friend, Marcos. We were eating lunch and he started throwing fries at me then told me to clean it up because I am a woman and it is my job. I stormed away and didn't talk to him for a week. He is better this year, he even opens doors for me and doesn't treat me like that anymore. I have to say that he has grown up.

Some things I do hate about being a girl:
-Periods/period cramps
-Mood swings
-Picking out outfits
-Having a hard time running because of your boobs
-Shaving all the time
-Having pedophiles hit on you
-Pressure from the media
-Being disrespected by guys
-Being called a hoe for no apparent reason
-And finally, Having to look perfect all the time because apparently it is expected of girls to look perfect all the time or you will not be accepted into society.

So there was one of my beautiful rants. Hope you enjoyed and maybe even you feel the same way sometimes. c: Have a nice day!!

Picture Ranting C:

So seriously, I love this idea above. But I don't think I could ever write that. I think about it all the time. I lie awake at night thinking about how I could write this as a story. I mean like... you can't fall in love with someone unless you can be in the story. And what if the reader was a boy and the main character was a boy? Maybe you can just not mention the gender of the main character and they could be journal entries about how this person is falling in love with someone... but the main character doesn't know that person is reading his/her journal. o.e Or maybe they will know and that's why the main character is falling in love with the reader. This idea is so easy it makes it complicated if that makes sense.
But I really love this idea and I am sure I will eventually try it then I will fail miserably :)

This picture to the left I also believe is very true. I always read an amazing book then I am like O_O -Gets out paper and plans to write the best thing in the world- Yeah. That's my life for ya. Maybe some day I can write something that inspires other people to do the same. I want to write something amazing like "Speak" or "Thirteen Reasons Why." Something that sends out an awesome message and is a great read, something that can change someones life. :)

I hate writers block and I seem to get it a lot more then I should.  Maybe I should sleep with a book on my head, it could inspire me to write. The longest time I went without writing was probably three to four months. I hate having writers block because I always tell myself that I need to do something, so I will sit down in front of the TV because for some reason I think it's the best thing ever to watch a movie or TV while writing. But all I really do is stare at the TV while my work just stares at me wanting to be created. I wish writers block didn't exist because then that would make my life so much easier!

Yes. Yes. Yes. Reading is just the most amazing thing in this world so if you don't read then I don't think we can be friends. I am totally just kidding a lot of my friends don't read but I love them anyways. I think people sound really stupid when they are just like, "I don't read." it just makes you look so dumb and not cool at all. Sorry, Bro. I even told a kid that was like, "Yeah I don't read." I said out loud to him, "That doesn't make you look cool that makes you look stupid." And he was all quiet and it got a bit awkward and the teacher changed the subject. Yeah that was great. But anyways. Read, girl or boy, human or alien, read!!! :)

Writing And What It Has Done To Me.

I have realized I don't have much to rant about. And I don't have anything to rant about what am I supposed to post on my blog?
Maybe my post about me being creative was all a lie. So I have resorted to Googling things to post about. And Google isn't helping very much so I will come up with my own, I have got this. Pictures always give me good things to rant about, and this one picture seems to be the perfect match to something that I may rant about!
Does any other writer find this picture to be totally true? I mean like... my brain is always like "kdfjkafldsahfdslfj;d" When ever I am writing, the devil inside of me tell me to just write whatever because I can just go back and fix it. But no Devil within! I will not fall to your temptations. I am a perfectionist when it comes to writing and I just can't throw crap on paper, it just doesn't work for me like that!
Food is my life and I wouldn't be able to get anything done without it. I swear I am always eating it and I should weigh like 300 pounds from all the food I eat but I haven't gotten that heavy yet. I am always eating, in class, when I am bored, when I am writing, when I am watching a movie... all. The. Time.
Hmm not sure if I have ever thrown something but I am sure the time will come when I throw something because I cannot figure out what to write. I do get frustrated when my writing blocks decide to skip into my life and turn it into a living Hell. But I believe that one day I will throw something, and I am excited for that day to come. (Hopefully it's not my laptop because I am tempted all the time to throw it.)
Comparing my work to others... hmm I do that all the time but sometimes I feel cocky if someone elses work as I categorize is "lower then mine." Does that make me cocky? Or am I just supposed to tell them their work is terrible and be brutally honest. But then I start thinking about good critiquing that can actually help them. I have had my share of people read my work and say, "You suck. Give up on everything and maybe die in a hole while your're at it." How on Earth is that going to help me. ._. Now I would like you better if you said, "You suck. Give up on everything and maybe die in a hole while you're at it. BUT, if you aren't going to give up that easily you can fix your description, and make your dialogue more interesting...etc." I hate when my readers tell me how much everything sucked that I wrote then they don't even tell me how to make it better, so now I just think, "If they don't know how to tell me how to make it better they must not know what they are talking about." So I have learned to ignore that. But anyways, I don't like comparing myself to anyone elses work because we are all at different levels and we all have our own unique way of
writing. c:
Crying O_O Um I don't cry much as I write but when I am writing a horror novel I tend to scare myself as I am writing. Then I have nightmares about my own horror novels. Yeah, you have to have at least one mental illness to have that happen to you. Surprisingly when I wrote the first book to The COE (Children of Eliza) Trilogy I wasn't really, like, how do I say this? I didn't care much about my characters and it was easy to kill them off. But now that I am writing the second book I am just like DDD: I don't want to leave them! I only have two books left! I really love Ruby and all the other characters in there and I just don't want to leave them. Ruby has definitely become a part of me. I think it's safe to say I love her, I care about her like a close friend. I wish characters from books could come alive so I could meet them. I want to meet Ruby. Like, really bad. I am pretty sure I will cry when I finish The COE trilogy. I will bawl like a little baby. I am not good with good byes.
I spend way too much time internet surfing when I am supposed to be writing. I switch from Facebook to Wattpad to checking my email to asking random questions on Yahoo! Answers and sometimes even my blog is super distracting. Last week our internet was down for a day and I got so much writing done I was so proud of myself and if I had money I would have bought myself something nice for getting so much done. But since I am a poor and jobless teenager I just ate more food. Although it was nice being able to get all that writing done I practically cried when the internet still wasn't working by the end of the day. I need my internet. So it's only allowed to go down once a month... or less then that. c:
When I actually write I feel so accomplished. I need to do it more and be more oraganized with my time especially if I want to finish The COE book two and No Regrets this year... AND start other books. I have like five ideas I have been wanting to write about but I promised myself I would finish these two books. I am only allowed to write two books at a time. No Regrets is closer to being done then The COE is so when I am done with No Regrets I can just start another one. I need better plans and time management. ._.
Well this ranting session was successful. Hopefully it wasn't too boring. Please still follow me, I will pay you. Just kidding I am a poor jobless teenager :D Well bye! I hope your day is great and hopefully I made you smile at least once while reading this. :)
